ease into event day
A day at ease
The full planning package begins 18 months out from event day. We will guide you through every step of the process, providing our input wherever you want it. On event day, we will be on site for the entirety of the time booked at the venue. Total price of this package is dependent on guest count and location.
Although this is a day of coordination package, it begins 3 months out from wedding day. We will have our initial call and establish that everything with vendors is squared away and set up the first draft of the timeline. On wedding day, we will be on site for the entirety of the time booked at the venue. If you rent the venue for more than 12 hours, an additional fee of $50/hr may be applied.

ease through the timeline
The timeline creation process will begin 10 weeks out from the event. After the first draft is created, we will have a call to go over details. You will have the ability to comment on the timeline, to continue filling in details. We will have another call to go over the entire timeline before the wedding week. We will distribute the timeline to all the vendors as well. With this package, we only create and distribute the timeline, we are not on site for wedding day.

The crafting option is perfect for the DIY couples who still want a planner’s touch and eye for detail. You can hire us for any crafting or decor task you need completed before wedding day. We can do anything, from invitation suite assembly to putting together your table centerpieces. If additional supplies are needed, extra fees will be applied.
